Some TRNSYS releases used to create empty CNFGTR.TRN files when a crash
occurred during the simulation (in some particular circumstances).
This used to be an annoying problem because subsequent calls to TRNSYS
would fail because of the erroneous cnfgtr.trn file.
TRNSYS 15.3.00 now uses default values for the simulation if any error
ocurs reading the cnfgtr.trn file (and it displays the warning you
mention).
If you want to get rid of that warning, you just have to delete the file
called "cnfgtr.trn" from your project directory (the file probably has a
size of 0 kB). You can also search for all the files called "cnfgtr.trn"
on your hard drive(s) and delete all of them except the one in \TRNSYS15.
