Standard TRNSYS does not contain models for fan coils - unless you
have catalog data in which case you could use the Type 42 routine.
TESS has a few fan coil models in development (2-pipe and 4-pipe with
combinations of controls and fan types) that will be released in Version
2 of the HVAC library (for release with TRNSYS 16). These could be
made available earlier if needed. We also have a model for
horizontal buried pipes available in the current TESS GHP
library.
As for the arrangement of fan coils and buried pipes I would suggest you
first do a literature search to see what others have tried. Then
use the modular nature of TRNSYS/IISiBat and try as many combinations as
you can imagine - behold the power of flexibility.....
Let us know if you have any other questions.
