We just wrote one for TRNSYS 16 as part of the expanded TESS HVAC library. So if you can wait a month or so it will be available as an add-on to the new TRNSYS package. Otherwise we could probably dummy it down a little and make it available for TRNSYS 15 if you're still interested.
