You can find in  http://sel.me.wisc.edu/trnsys/compilers/dvf60.htm  like you can create a new library including the new component using Digital Visual Fortran 6.0. When you have created the new library, if you are using iisibat you must choose "new component" under the "file" tab to create the new type. Give you a new number of type for the steam turbine in the fortran list since in TRNSYS 15 the number 48 is used for another type, otherwise you'll find an error compiling the new library.
