Re: [TRNSYS-users] prebid floors

Dear Vincent,
The layers that separate one floor from the next are an ADJACENT wall as opposed to an EXTERIOR or a BOUNDARY wall. Once you create the wall that will serve as the floor of one zone and the ceiling of another and select ADJACENT from the pull down menu, Prebid will then ask you to specify the zone that is on the other side of the floor. Recall also that if I am not mistaken, ADJACENT walls are specified with the "front" of the wall in the zone where you are working and the "back" of the wall in the adjacent zone. If you have defined your floor in the opposite order, Prebid provides you with a radio button that allows you to flip the wall around and specify that the "back" of the wall is in the active zone.
Kind regards,
David
