[TRNSYS-users] Type 60d Error

Hello,
I have modeled a simple combisystem with a type 60d including two submersed heat exchangers, 1 inlet and 1 outlet.
I can not run the simulation a whole year, I get the following error:

 CONVERGE IN 500 ITERATIONS AT TIME=
   18.00000             500 %%%
   18.00000    B   1569.571    
Nevertheless if I run the simulation for each month there is no problem. 
I would be very grateful for any solution to this problem;
