Series Type Charge Controller

	This component models a charge controller for a system including
a PV array, a load and battery storage.  This is a series type controller.
A blocking diode is included in the model.  It prevents the battery from
being dicharged through the cell.  It is assumed that the voltage drop
at the diode is constant throughout the simulation and depends only on the
diode material used in the system.  The user must provided this information.
