IDENTIFICATION OF THE HEAT TRANSFER COEFFICIENT OF A COOLING TOWER.

The purpose of routine TOWERID is to determine the heat transfer 
coefficient of the cooling tower associated with a given air mass flow 
rate on the basis of one working point in steady state regime.
