IDENTIFICATION OF THE GAS WATER HEAT TRANSFER COEFFIECIENT. 

The purpose of routine BOILERID is to identify the gas water heat transfer 
coefficient assuming that the results obtained for one steady state test 
are available.

When using this routine, it is necessary to estimate the value of the 
water-environment heat transfer coefficient, this can be achived by means 
of diagrams such as the ones given in Section 2.6 of the HVAC1KIT manual.
