Proportional Controller by Inger Anderson and Michael J. Brandemuehl 
for the ASHRAE Toolkit

This model was adapted strictly for use with the 
TRNSYS Program by the Solar Energy Laboratory.

The proportional controller algorithm describes the performance of a 
proportional controller for a given input variable value and the throttling 
range for the variable.  The controller can be directing acting or reverse 
acting and the output value can be scaled between user-defined limits.
