Bypass: Calculates Bypass Factor and Apparatus Dewpoint

      	This model was adapted strictly for use with the TRNSYS Program by
the Solar Energy Laboratory.
	
	This subroutine calculates the the coil bypass factor and apparatus 
dewpoint conditions for given temperature and humidity ratio of the coil
entering and leaving air streams.  Sample input and output values are included
in the source code.
