Simple Flow Diverter to Calculate Outlet States

This model was adapted strictly for use with the TRNSYS Program by
the Solar Energy Laboratory.
This subroutine calculates the outlet states for a flow diverter based
on simple conntinuity. The flow rates of the two outlet streams are determined
as a specified fraction of the inlet flow. Component 1209 calculates the
inlet states for a flow diverter.
Sample input and output are listed in the source code.
