	This component sorts data into bins and calculates the total time 
that a variable value is between the low and the high limits of each bin.  
The parameters for this type begin with the time to begin and end tracking.  It 
also takes the number of variables to be tracked.  The low limit for the 
first bin and the high limit for the last bin are also set as parameters, as 
well as, the number of time bins into which the data is sorted.
