Ian,
   Almost all the example files that come with TRNSYS include a Type16 
radiation processor. I would recommend that you start with either the 
"Introduction to TRNSYS with IISiBat" or the "Introduction to TRNSYS with 
Presim" manual (depending upon your front end) and then use the interface 
to look at Example 1 or 2 as they are relatively simple.
