Heloo,
  you can generate weather data tmy2 files using
programs like METEONORM. you can get it from internet
http://www.meteotest.ch/products/meteonorm/  visit
their site for more information. It can generate data
for different cities like
Hyderabad,Delhi,Mumbai,Chennai.. assign it in the
external files  hope you got the answer
