internal shading

Dear Trnsys users,

I'm currently studying the effect of  internal shading such as a lace 
curtain with Trnsys 14.2 version.
I have some questions about the shading defined by Type 56.

In the  Equation (4.8.8.1.40) of the manual,
1) This model neglects  the multiple reflections between shading and 
window panes, doesn't it ?
2) Is the transmittance of shading assumed to be zero?

Can anybody help?
