RE: problem with trnsys

Dear Samuel,

I am no longer the TRNSYS engineer at the Solar Energy Lab. The name of the
new TRNSYS engineer is Dave Bradley. I have forwarded your message to him
but I will tell you what to do.

1) Write a little more about what does not work exactly with TRNSYS on your
computer. Also, write something about what has been done to the computer, if
anything, before TRNSYS stopped working.

2) Windows NT is not a problem. We run TRNSYS 14.2 on Windows NT every day.
HOWEVER, if you changed the operating system AFTER installing TRNSYS, that
could be a problem.

3)Because the CD can install TRNSYS on another computer, I think the CD is
working properly.

4) My guess is that the "LELISP" statement to TRNSYS is set incorrectly on
your computer. IISiBat will not operate unless the LELISP statement is
added properly which occurs during installation.

So, please send more information about what is not working to Dave Bradley
and he will respond to your problem.

Sincerely,
Nate Blair
