The units of this output are standard TRNSYS units, i.e. kJ/h for energy transfer rate.
The units for Type 56 outputs are mentioned in the main TRNSYS manuals, section 4.8.8.2 (p. 4.8.8.2-28 for output NType 46)

(specifically, it is the output 46 : sum of static transmission losses for group of zones).
