An IWEC weather file is available for Fort-De-France (WMO station Nb 789250).
The file can be downloaded (free of charge) from the EnergyPlus website:

To all TRNSYS users: the IWEC database is a valuable source for worldwide weather data. It is available at no charge for EnergyPlus users. EnergyPlus is a free building simulation software sponsored by the US DOE. You can find more information on the web:
