Melanie,
The file globalcommon.mod is created when you compile globalcommon.for. Because CVF compiles files in alphabetical order, it doesn't compile globalcommon.for until about midway through. Consequently, you get errors relating to globalcommon.mod until it has been created. If you compile globalcommon.for first, then rerun the compiling procedure, you should not get the error.
The file CVF66ADummy.lib may be replaced by either dvfdummy.lib or cvfdummy.lib. If you don't have either of these two files, please contact your distributor and they can send them to you.
Cheers,
David
