RE: " Geothermal heat pump model"

 Dear Jeff

 thank you for your kindness

Our experimental prototype heat pump system use ground heat exchanger as heat source and heating and cooling storage for space heating and cooling as heat sink.

Our system is like figure of attach file(HP installation .doc) and our heat pump includes desuperheat.

and then because type-668 can't model desuperheat, i think type-668 water to water heat pump model you suggest is improper to our heat pump system.

Let me know If there is any other water-to -water heat pump model including desuperheat.

thank you for your kindness in advance.

The Type 504 model is a water-to-air heat pump model; transferring energy
between the working fluid (typically water) and an air stream. In cooling
mode, the water stream acts as the heat sink (condenser); rejecting energy
from the air stream cooling process and the compressor heat. In heating
mode, the water stream acts as the heat source; adding energy from the
fluid stream and compressor energy to the air stream.

We also sell an air-to-air heat pump model and a water-to-water heat pump
model in the HVAC component library addition for TRNSYS. I can provide
details if you are interested.

I hope this helps,

Jeff
