Dear Isabelle,

This is usually because you 'lost' your data directory.

Either it has realy been renamed, or the setting under
File/Settings/Directories has been changed.

Per default, 'Base icon folder'  should contain something like
\trnsys15\IISiBat3\Exe\..\Icon\ and Base library folder
\trnsys15\IISiBat3\Exe\..\Data\
