Dear Catalin,
Could you please try again with the version of IISiBat.exe that is 
included in the patch on the TRNSYS website?
( sel.me.wisc.edu/trnsys , go to "Registered Users" )
The developers fixed similar problems in that version so hopefully your 
problem will go away. If not, please let us know.

In case you are not using the latest release (15.3.00), please also note 
that some bugs were fixed in Type89 proformas (among others the 
dimensions for diffuse radiation - see the fixlist on the website for 
more details). Please let me know if you are still finding errors using 
the latest release.
