Could you please try again with the version of IISiBat.exe that is included in the patch on the TRNSYS website?
( sel.me.wisc.edu/trnsys , go to "Registered Users" )
The developers fixed similar problems in that version so hopefully your problem will go away. If not, please let us know.

In case you are not using the latest release (15.3.00), please also note that some bugs were fixed in Type89 proformas (among others the dimensions for diffuse radiation - see the fixlist on the website for more details). Please let me know if you are still finding errors using the latest release.

The Debug option in the same error window
indicates:
00668340 mov eax,dword ptr [ecx+0Ch].

In fact, my intention is to operate two
modifications on the Proforma of Type89e&f:
1-modify outputs 25=Extraterrestrial beam
radiation, 26=Infrared radiation on horizontal
and 27=not used in 25=Extraterrestrial solar
radiation on horizontal, 26=Extraterrestrial beam
radiation and 27=Infrared radiation on horizontal
(including the modifications on outputs
125-127).
2-modify the dimension of the output 11 (Diffuse
radiation on horizontal) from POWER (kJ/h) into
FLUX (kJ/hm-2).

Could someone advise me ?!
