Re: possible bug in equation

Ruut,
I put the equations below into the fixed.dck input file and the simulation seems to run fine and to give the correct answer. Perhaps your list file is referencing the wrong equations as being at fault.
Kind regards,
David

Dear reader,

I put the following in my DCK file:

EQUATIONS 2
x = gt( 2, 1)
y = gt( -2, -1)

After execution, this appears in my LST file:

  EQUATIONS   2
     x = gt( 2, 1)
     y = gt( -2, -1)

 ***** ERROR *****        TRNSYS ERROR #  23
 OPERATION ERROR IN EQUATION EVALUATION: CHECK EQUATION

It seems that negative arguments are not allowed. Am I correct?

With kind regards,
