Error Surface pane temperature out of bounds

Dear TRNSYS users,

At the moment I am simulating an old office building (with TRNSHELL 3.070,
date 04/11/03). The office building is provided with single pane glass
(window ID nr. 1001 from the standard American library in Prebid). For every
zone inwhich the single pane glass is included, I get the error message:

***** ERROR *****        TRNSYS ERROR 
 TYPE 56, ZONE   2, SURFACE 17 PANE TEMPERATURE OUT OF BOUNDS AT TIME
1.00000

Does anybody know how to solve this error ?
