Electrolyser Voltage Cntrl

Dear Trnsys Users,

I am working on Renewable Energy Fuel cell model.In this model i am sending X 
Amps of current at certain Voltage to the electrolyser from Bus Bar.But when 
comes to out put the current drawn by the electrolyser is same as input that i 
gave  i.e X Amps.But its voltage across the electrolyser more(UELY>Ubusbar). 
This results in Power drawn by the electrolyser is greater compare to Power 
given to the electrolyser.Please let me know if there any way to control the 
electrolyser voltage or let me know if i am doing any mistake.
