  That error message is basically an indication that for some reason, 
TRNSYS was unable to find the input file that you want to run. As it starts 
up, TRNSYS first opens a temporary file called trnsys.out. This file will 
later be renamed MyDeckName.lst but first, TRNSYS has to find out what the 
input file name is going to be. The next thing that it does is to look in 
the cnfgtr.trn file for some information about how TRNSYS is supposed to 
run. If the cnfgtr.trn file is found but is empty for some reason, you will 
get an error but TRNSYS, since it doesn't yet know what the input file name 
is, doesn't have anywhere to write the error. So you get the Error 1 
message. There are some other ways that you can get this message but most 
of those are solved and prevented by IISiBat. I would suggest that you 
perform a search on your computer and look for files called cnfgtr.trn. 
Delete any that are 0K in size and the error should go away.  Incidentally, 
the simulation launching procedure has been rewritten for TRNSYS 16 so that 
this annoying error cannot be generated.
