Rats, Dave just beat me.
I will just add that you can use the /N switch to suppress the "Continue 
Yes/No" dialog box at the end of the simulation. In a batch file, you 
could use the following line:
"C:\Program Files\Trnsys16\Exe\TRNExe.exe" "C:\My Folder\My deck.dck" /N
Also, may be the parametric runs feature in TRNEdit could be useful to 
you? (in TRNEdit, try the Parametrics menu)
