Sum of a Number of Inputs

	This type calculates the sum of a number of inputs.  It is used 
here to calculate the sum of the emissions of the different pipes and 
radiators in each room.  Each parameter indicates the number of inputs
to be summed:  ex: if par = 3, the 3 next inputs have to be summed and
the results is put in output.
	The number of OUTPUTS is the same as the number of PARAMETERS 
(maximum of 20).  The number of INPUTS depends on the value of the 
PARAMETERS.
