Specific Building Type 73

	This type is specific to La Chaumiere.  IEA did not make a general
building type.  This type represents one stage of la Chaumiere thus 4 units
are needed for Exercise A1.  This building model is a simplified dynamic 
and multizone model.  Each zone is represented by a second order lumped 
parameter model.  A zone has only one temperature.  This model is further 
described in the synthesis report and in the Annex 10 data bank.  It uses
the equivalent sol air temperature.  The weather data must contain the outside
temperature and 4 sol-air equivalent temperatures:  one for each zone
connected to the outside.
