	This is a very simple component that calculates the set point
temperature for the boiler and the three-way valve and the mass flow
rates of water.

tset boiler = 66.81 - 1.368 * tout
tset 3way valve = 61.81 - 1.368 * tout
total mass flow rate = 613 * 14 / 3600 * Lamda
column mass flow rate = 613 / 3600 * Lamda

INPUTS :      1  Outside temperature
              2  On/off switch (lamda)

PARAMETERS : NONE

OUTPUTS :     1  Boiler set point temperature
              2  Three way valve set point temperature
              3  On/off switch
              4  Total mass flow rate
              5  Mass flow rate in each column
