TRNSYS Message 105 : A TYPE was called in the TRNSYS input file but was either not linked into trndll.dll or was not found in an external dll. A dummy subroutine was called in its place. Please link the TYPE or remove it from the input file
Reported information : Not available

indicates that Type77 (the ground temperature model) is not exported properly from the trndll.dll file. Apparently there is a bug in our release 16.00.0037 that will be fixed in release 16.00.38. In the mean time, however, I have attached a file called Type77.dll, which you can put in your \trnsys16\userlib directory and which will allow you to use the ground temperature model right away. My apologies for the bug and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
