Yan,
My guess is that the LELISP variable did not get set during
installation. To check, open your autoexec.bat file and make sure that
the following line is in place:
SET LELISP = x:\TRNWIN\IISIBAT2
where 'x' refers to the drive onto which you installed TRNSYS. Once the
line is in the autoexec, reboot your computer and you should have no
problem logging into IISiBat.
