FORTRAN Compiler

Greetings,

I'm about to compile a new TYPE provided to me and link into TRNSYS and
discovered my University has no suitable compilers available.  Obviously I
don't need a development environment, just a compiler that will generate a
.dll (that's the hard part).  Is anyone aware of a low cost (preferably
freebie) option for me?
