Load data Europe ?

Does somebody have typical load data for Electrical and Thermal-Power
requirement for different houses, single family -> industry size ?

We want to investigate the possibility for small scale cogeneration energy
production and its interaction with the grid by TRNSYS simulation. Perhaps
someone has or is already working in this area? 

Any hints are valuable. Preferably European conditions at this stage.
Probably shortterm load data will be required.
