Urgent Help, Please!!

Dear friends of user-group,

I am using IISibat 3 to carry out research work in plant simulation, and I
am stuck by the error "failed to save document" so all I have updated in my
exiting IISibat file cannot proceed anymore. Have you come across similar
problem, and how did you handle that?
