Back to TRNSYS with problems

Dear TRNSYS Users,
I am not able to get the BLD and TRN files from BIDWIN. It creates INF file but does not list any error. Can someone please tell me where is the mistake.
I have been using TRNSYS till a couple of years back, and now started again to simulate a building using PREBID and BID in TRNSYS with IISIBAT (I have ver 14.2).
Have I missed any important information/ bug fix, which I need to complete my simulation?
