about EES(Link to trnsys)

Hi trnsys users!
 
Now I study coupling TRNSYS with EES.(EX.4)
But I don't know how to make *.EMF file.
Is it can make EES?
 
Then,in the special cards of type 66, What is it the first value?(In ex4
the valuse is 3)
please help me~~
