The warning is just telling you that the input-to-output connection has
inconsistent units. While in many cases this would point to a problem
(hooking up a temperature to a mass flow rate for example), this is NOT a
problem with your connections. The differential controller assumes that
the values you are passing it are temperatures by default (hence the TE1
designation) as this is the most common use of this controller. In
reality, the controller can make control decisions based on any set of
consistent inputs (such as radiation).....
