Logical assignment error

Hello Trnsys users!,

  any body encoutered an error like

***** ERROR *****        TRNSYS ERROR #  71
 LOGICAL UNIT FOR ASSIGN STATEMENT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY
ASSIGNED
 *|? Which file contains the transfer function
iformation (*.TRN)? |1000

  i am using a external weather file, and 3 other
external data files for TYPE56 bulding model and the
file type are like *.BLD,*.TRN and *.DAT file. the
problem is in the DCK file the logical number is
assigned two times by the IISibat.,but even if i
modify the DCK file and ASSIGN 4 different LOGICAL
numbers for different files,.. when i RUN the program
in IISibat,using the F8 function or run Icon in the
toolbar, it is re-writing the DCK file before
executing that filee....so how i can I avoide such an
error
