   Are the values shown in the online and in the printer very different 
from each other? Keep in mind that when a printer writes a value to a file, 
that value is the average value of the output over the timestep. The online 
shows a linear interpolation between the average values at consecutive 
timesteps. Consequently the online shows smoothe curves when in reality the 
output is more stepped.
