Collector thermal capacitance

Dear all,

The collector TYPEs don't seem to have a thermal capacitance or fluid volume
parameter.  I don't yet understand how a pump controller can cope with zero
flow conditions without this parameter.  I suppose one could attach storage
tank to each panel, this seems a little ugly.
