Strange enough this question is answered (finally) from the other end of
the world!

The program METEONORM V 3.0 (see http://www.meteotest.ch or e-mail:
office@meteotest.ch) includes Adelaide.

Meteonorm is a Windows-program that generates weather data. It includes
values for any location in Switzerland, many in Europe and even some in
the rest of the world.

Some monthly values go directly to you, Lyndon, by fax. If you require
more than that, let me know (directly, through e-mail).
