Passive building with Grass Roof

Hello TRNSYS users,

I have to simulate a passive solar building in New Delhi which has Earth Berming, External Shading Elements and a Grass Roof as the main features.

The grass roof: 1.5 inches high grass on 10 inches thick soil over a concrete roof. The soil is kept wet by spraying water on it in the morning and during afternoon.

Can someone advise how to model the effect of evaporation/transpiration from the grass roof?
