Adriana,

View factors are calculated in a simplified way in Type 56. All internal surfaces are assumed to behave like black bodies for long-wave radiation, so view factors are computed using simple area ratios. These values are not outputted but you can recompute them easily.

If you need to include detailed view factors in your simulations, you can use the mono-zone Type 19.
