Dear Ulrika,
another approach might be the usage of the multizone building model
Type56. With the type56 you can model various zones or even various
buildings.
In a simplified approach you can use the build-in idealized heating
system, where you can define the radiative and convective part of the
heating system and therefore the kind of heat transfer.
If you want to go more into detail you might consider to model the
radiators within the zones by using the nostandard type package
Type161,162,120
for a static, dynamic radiator and PID-controller (110,- Euro). For more
