Radiation processor

Dear TRNSYS users
I have some problem to simate trnsys.
That is to simulate Radiation processor.
I only have Langleys Radiation data.(It's maybe estraterrestrial Radiation)
and I don't know horizontal Radiation.
How can I calulate horizontal Radiation and simulate Radiation processor to
use that data?
Please answer me.
