Dear Ruut,
There is a PID controller in the TRNSYS library of free components (TRNLIB).
All components are available on the TRNSYS website:
http://sel.me.wisc.edu/trnsys , go to TRNLIB then scroll down to "Other
Types" and select controllers.
TRANSSOLAR is also selling a PID controller as non-standard Type
(http://www.transsolar.com).
