Hey Fernando,
The order of the types in a simulation can be changed in Isibat by 
clicking on the "global info" button (the letter-like icon) on the left. 
On the "Component Order" Sheet (the last one behind the control card) 
you can find the order of the types. From my own experience it's best 
that the radiation processor is right after the weather data reader. 
Check also the "starting day" parameter in type 16. It should be the 
same as the start time of the simulation (in the global info control card).
