Chong Chee Hoong,

In order to use inputs for the ventilation temperature and air change in 
Type 56, you have to:
- Add ventilation to the zone
- Select a new ventilation type
- In the ventilation type, define both temperature and air change
  (possibly humidity too) as inputs, each time creating a new input.
- Generate the Type 56 files (which will add the new inputs to the INF)
- In IiSiBat, right-click on the building and select "Update building
  variable list"
- Connect the inputs

Regarding the Matlab problem, the most frequent causes of errors are 
incorrect versions of TRNSYS / Matlab and path problems. If you send me 
a more detailed error message I will try to help you.
